Dyeing Easter Eggs

Its that time of year again, time to hardboil a bunch of eggs that the kids will dye and then I will need to consume. Having the worlds pickiest family is not a joy to me anymore. I knew that about Mark when we got married but I hoped, hoped and hoped that the kids would be a little bit more adventurous with food. Was it so much to ask for??? I have a man who peppers pancakes, a daughter who lives on peanut butter sandwiches and a son who actually eats pizza (which is a coup) but enjoys it with the bottom up so the cheese and sauce fall on his lap.
Sigh.
Looks like egg salad sandwiches for me for awhile........
